Planning for the AS thriller productions and this years music video had two different approaches. During the planning for the AS work we played around with a few ideas until the group came up with an agreed storyline. This year because we already had a song / genre chosen the group were on the same wavelength , meaning our ideas were very similar - making it easier to start planning shots , locations etc.
During the planning stages our teacher felt that our idea was lacking , which meant spending more time coming up with new and exciting ideas. This year it was not the case ( apart from a few issues) our idea went down well.
One similarity between both years is in the way that we recorded our planning. We as groups planned it on paper by creating notes and used technology such as Prezi.

I think due to learning from mistakes whilst planning last year , it was more easy to sucessfully plan this year.
